RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unspoiled goods may be returned at the customers expense for exchange or refund for up to 7 days after delivery provided they are still in the original packaging. Bespoke and Made to Measure items will not be considered for refund or exchange, unless the item is faulty. 

However, we are human and we like to keep our customers happy, so we will endeavour to replace an item where possible.
